Email to Fax
Send faxes directly from your email client. Useful when established legacy processes require fax delivery.
How It Works
Fax delivery is activated based on team list settings. Messages sent to a fax-enabled team list are delivered as fax instead of SMS.
Setup
To use fax delivery, create a dedicated team list for fax, for example:
myteam-fax@tmsg.de
Incoming messages to this team list will be delivered as fax to the recipients' fax numbers.

Sending a Fax
Send an email to your fax-enabled team list. The fax number is specified before the team list address:
Example:
+4932221090000.myteam-fax@tmsg.de
The message content (subject and body) will be converted and sent as a fax to the specified number.
When to Use Fax
- Legacy business processes that require fax
- Communication with organizations that only accept fax
- Formal documents where fax transmission is expected
