Quick Start

Send your first TeamMessage in just 5 minutes. No technical setup required – if you can send an email, you can use TeamMessage.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Register for a free account at teammessage.eu/registrieren.

You will need:

  • A valid email address (this will be your sender address)
  • A mobile phone number for verification

Note

New accounts receive free SMS credits to test the service.

Step 2: Send Your First SMS

After registration, you can immediately send an SMS. Simply send an email to:

+49171XXXXXXXX.myteam@tmsg.de

Replace +49171XXXXXXXX with the recipient's mobile number in international format (with country code, without spaces or dashes).

Replace myteam with your team name (shown in your account after registration).

Example

To send an SMS to the German mobile number 0171-1234567:

Recipient

+491711234567.myteam@tmsg.de

The email subject becomes the SMS text. The email body is ignored for direct SMS.

Tip

Keep your message under 160 characters for a single SMS. Longer messages are automatically split into multiple parts.

Step 3: Check Delivery Status

Log in to your account to see the delivery status of your messages. You will find:

  • Sent messages with timestamps
  • Delivery status (sent, delivered, failed)
  • Remaining SMS credits
